Our team

Alfred (Al) Pandl is a dedicated estate planning / elder law attorney, with a passion for helping individuals and families secure their legacies. Graduating with honors from Western Michigan University, Al completed three years of law school in only two years and then immediately opened his own law firm. Al loves the law and the legal profession but what he loves the most is the ability it has given him to connect with people from different backgrounds and all walks of life, for the purpose of either resolving their current situation or strategically planning to avoid future problems. Being able to spend the time necessary with each client, to build not only a legal relationship but a personal relationship, is very important to him and of all the titles that may be attached to an attorney, the title he most relates to is that of counselor.

In addition to his legal expertise, Al brings a wide variety of business experiences to the table, having created and operated numerous successful businesses, which included, a construction company, a property development company and a property management company. This diverse background enhances his ability to navigate complex financial and personal dynamics, ensuring clients receive tailored advice that aligns with their unique circumstances.

As a passionate advocate for the well-being of others, Al remains focused on making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and the community. As part of his commitment to give back, Al is currently serving on the board of directors for the Neuro Challenge for Parkinson’s Foundation, of south west Florida. Outside of the office, Al and his wife Denyse enjoy the vibrant community of Venice, engaging in local events and spending time with family. They love the coastal lifestyle and exploring the beaches and natural attractions of Florida.

She genuinely enjoys her work, often saying it doesn’t feel like a job because of her passion for helping clients and her dedication to continuing her family’s legacy in the legal field. Her legal studies enhance her ability to support clients, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to transition to an attorney role after completing her degree and passing the bar.

With a positive attitude and a genuine love for helping others, she approaches each case with care and efficiency. Her varied experience, combined with her ongoing legal education, provides a well-rounded perspective, making her an invaluable asset to the firm.

Outside of work, she is devoted to her family and community. She has two daughters, Olivia and Taylor. Olivia is the firm’s social media specialist, and Taylor is active in elite cheerleading. Her husband, Dan, also works at the firm, making it a true family effort. While her demanding law school studies leave little free time, she remains committed to her family and community service, currently serving on the board of Rotary Futures, where she continues to make a meaningful impact.

At PANDL LAW, Dan is involved in a variety of tasks, including conducting legal
research, drafting documents, and assisting attorneys in preparing legal documents
and managing cases. His ability to handle complex cases and his strong
organizational skills ensure that the firm’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Dan is happily married to Amanda, and together they have two wonderful
daughters, Olivia and Taylor. Family is at the heart of Dan’s life, and he cherishes
every moment spent with them. In his spare time, Dan enjoys attending Taylor’s
cheerleading competitions, supporting her passion and celebrating her
achievements.

Before stepping into her role at the firm, Denyse successfully co-owned and operated a commercial property management business, where she sharpened her skills in strategic marketing and client relations. Her entrepreneurial background gives her a unique perspective on the needs of our clients and the growth of the firm, allowing her to craft strategies and events that resonate with diverse audiences.

Residing here in Venice, Denyse embraces the coastal lifestyle of South West Florida, often finding inspiration in its natural beauty and incorporating that beauty into the marketing efforts of the firm. When she’s not busy planning events, she cherishes time spent with her family and grandchildren, creating memories that enrich her personal and professional life. Denyse’s commitment to excellence and community engagement continues to elevate Pandl Law as a leading presence in the legal community.

Makenzie earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Criminalistics and her Master of Science in Criminal Behavior from Tiffin University. Her educational background has strengthened her organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to serving others.

Outside of the office, Makenzie enjoys spending time with her daughter, Ava, who is the center of her world. As a mother, she understands firsthand the importance of protecting loved ones, planning for the future, and creating a lasting legacy for the next generation. That perspective gives her a deeper appreciation for the work she does each day helping families achieve peace of mind through thoughtful estate planning. Makenzie also volunteers with Sarasota K9 Search and Rescue and is passionate about serving and supporting her local community.
